iBurst and Hollard Insurance have formed an exclusive partnership that brings you full Modem and/or Credit Life cover on your subscription contract at low premiums…

1. Credit Life Cover
Take advantage of our Credit Life Cover plan at a premium of R27.50 per month be assured of the following:

  • In the event of a death or permanent disability claim, your subscription contract will be settled in full
  • In the event of a temporary disability or retrenchment claim, the monthly service charge will be paid for a period of 6 (six) months respectively as detailed in the policy summary provided

2. Modem Cover
For a mere R22.50 per month, we will protect your modem against:

  • accidental, physical loss of or irreparable damage to the device
  • theft


Please note that iBsure is limited to the desktop, laptop, express and USB modems

In the above instances, we will replace your modem with the same type or one of similar price and quality immediately after your claim has been lodged and verified. If you claim against a damaged modem, a courier service will be sent to collect and simultaneously replace the damaged machine.

 

3. Combined Credit Life and Modem CoverR40.00 per month.

How long is my claim likely to take?
Modem: Your claim will be attended to over the phone and a courier company will collect the damaged modem and provide you with a new one within 48 hours.

Credit Life: The claim will be settled within 5 days of all valid, required documentation having been received.
